Ingredients
250ml tequila
100ml poire William liqueur
50ml fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
500ml cloudy apple juice
handful mint leaves
Method
Pour the tequila and poire William liqueur into a jug, then add the fresh lime juice and cloudy apple juice. Stir and chill.
Just before serving, add a handful of fresh mint leaves, torn up, and a few handfuls of ice cubes and stir well.
