Champagne cocktail recipe, chicken and veal

Champagne cocktail

Ingredients

    6 large passion fruits, juice only
    1 tbsp of brandy, per glass
    1 bottle of Champagne

Method

    Juice 6 large passion fruit. Place a sugar cube in the bottom of each of 6 Champagne glasses, pour over 1 tbsp brandy each and add some passion fruit juice. Allow the sugar cube to absorb the brandy and fruit juice, then top up with Champagne. Sprinkle over edible gold leaf (optional) and serve immediately.
