Drivers' punch recipe, cake and meatballs

Drivers' punch

Ingredients

    100g cranberries
    100ml/3½fl oz cranberry juice
    500ml blood orange juice (Sanguinello)
    juice of 1 lime
    thin wedges of lime
    thin wedges of orange
    mint sprigs
    600ml Appletise, sparkling apple juice drink

Method

    Put the cranberries into a medium size, rigid freezer container, cover with water (by about 2.5cm), freeze until solid.
    Mix the cranberry juice in a large jug (about 1.5 litre) with the orange and lime juices.
    To serve, smash the sheet of frozen cranberries into shards and put in the bottom of eight highball glasses. Put a wedge of lime and orange and a mint sprig in each glass, then pour in the mixed fruit juices and top up with Appletise.

Easy strawberry shake recipe, meatballs and corn dog

Пасираме ягодите заедно с млякото и добавяме малко захар.
След това наливаме сместа в чаши, добавяме няколко кубчета лед и за финал забиваме няколко ягодки на чашата.

Easy Strawberry Shake

Blend the strawberries with the milk and add the sugar. Pour the mix into glasses, add ice cubes and decorate with strawberries.

Very berry ice recipe, meatballs and mini pie

Very berry ice
Ingredients

    750g summer berries (we used strawberries)
    140g caster sugar
    juice of 1 lemon

    Hull and chop fruit, then tip them into a bowl with the sugar and lemon juice. Bring a kettle of hot water to the boil and pour over 300ml boiling water. Leave everything to macerate until cool, then blitz in a food processor until smooth. Push the purée through a sieve.
    Clear a shelf in the freezer and place a sided metal tray in to chill. Pour the mix into the tray and cover with cling film. Freeze the liquid until frozen around the edges and slushy in the middle. Use a fork to break up the ice into smaller crystals. Return the tray to the freezer. Repeat the breaking up process every half hour (at least three times) until it's completely frozen and the texture of snow.

750 гр. малини(могатда се използват всякакви горски плодове)
140 гр. пудра захар
сокът от 1 лимон

Почистете и нарежете плодовете, сложете ги в купа заедно със захарта и ломоновия сок. Стоплете около 300 мл вода и когато заври я сипете при плодовете. Оставете всичко да се смеси докато истива. Пюрирайте сместа в кухненски робот докато стане гладка и я минете през сито. Оставете метална тавичка в камерата да изстине. Сипете сместа в нея и я покрийте с домакинско фолио, приберете я в камерата. Когато започне на се замразява по краищата я разбъркайте с вилица до гладкост. Проверявайте и разбърквайте на всеки половин час(поне 3 пъти) докато цялата смес се замрази и има текстура на сняг.
