Chicken and Macaroni Spirals
Ingredients:
1 pound spiral macaroni
1 package frozen, chopped broccoli
1 pound chicken, cubed
1 can mushroom pieces
2 sticks butter, melted
Garlic powder to taste
Directions:
1. Cook and drain macaroni. Set aside.
2. Cook broccoli according to directions. Drain and set aside.
3. Fry chicken cubes until cooked through.
4. Add chicken, broccoli, mushrooms, and melted butter to macaroni and season to taste with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Ginger champagne cocktail recipe, salad and pasta
Ginger champagne cocktail
Ingredients
250g caster sugar
2 tbsp grated ginger
1 lemon, zested and a few thin slices to serve
Angostura bitters
1 bottle Champagne or sparkling wine, chilled
Method
Put the caster sugar and 250ml water in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Add the grated ginger and lemon zest. Cool, then strain out the bits.
Pour into a jug, add a couple of shakes of Angostura bitters and top up with the bottle of chilled Champagne or sparkling wine. Add the halved, very thin slices of lemon.

Cocktail jellies recipe, mango pudding and sandwiches
Cocktail jellies
Ingredients
3 gelatine leaves
300ml cranberry juice
75g sugar
100ml Orange liqueur such as Cointreau
4 limes, juiced
a mixture of summer berry, to serve
100ml vodka
Method
Soak the gelatine in cold water for 5 minutes until softened then squeeze out any excess water. Put half the cranberry juice into a small saucepan with the sugar and heat gently until the sugar has just dissolved. Take off the heat and stir in the gelatine until dissolved.
Pour the remaining cranberry juice, vodka, orange liqueur and lime juice into a large jug. Add the cranberry and gelatine mixture through a strainer and stir. Divide between 4 martini glasses and chill overnight. Decorate with berries and serve.

Earl Grey martinis recipe and burger
Earl Grey martinis
Ingredients
6 Earl Grey tea bags
180ml gin
8 ice cubes
4 large lemons, 3 juiced, 1 cut into wedges
120ml sugar syrup (shop-bought or make your own, as below)
For the sugar syrup
440ml water
440g golden caster sugar
Method
To make the sugar syrup put the water and caster sugar in a pan over a low flame for about 10 minutes until the sugar has dissolved. Cool completely.
Steep the tea bags in the gin for 10 minutes. Strain and put in a cocktail shaker on top of the ice cubes. Pour in the lemon juice and 120ml of syrup. Shake it up for a good few minutes (really shake it up!). Pour into 2 cocktail glasses (or little French Duralex glasses), and rub the edge of the glass with a lemon wedge.
